
Carey-Lynn Link was one of Gail's first students, beginning art classes at the age of six. Carey-Lynn began teaching for Gail in 1993 as a substitute teacher, and gradually began adding her own classes over the years, eventually teaching a majority of classes at the studio. Carey-Lynn and Gail became partners in the art school in 2001 when Gail moved to Edmonton. Carey-Lynn purchased the school in 2007 which currently operates year round, instructing over 200 students each year from Preschool to adult in weekly classes, workshops & art camps.
Carey-Lynn received her Bachelor of Education degree from the University of Saskatchewan with a specialization in art. Carey-Lynn taught preschool her first year out of University, then was a substitute teacher for five years, teaching Kindergarten to grade eight in the Saskatoon public school division. Carey-Lynn works in a variety of mediums including pencil, pastel, pencil crayon, scratchboard, watercolor, acrylic & oil. Carey-Lynn teaches a majority of the General Art classes throughout the year to children and adults. She also teaches several of the Summer Art Camps & Drama/Art Camps.
Carey-Lynn lives in Martensville with her son Kade who is also a developing artist!
