Jodi Epp

Jodi Epp lives in Saskatoon, and has had membership in the Bridge City Artists Guild, the Prairie River Artist Guild and the Montgomery Watercolor Association. Her work has been in collective shows in Biggar, Saskatoon, Rosthern and Warman. She is also represented by Little Manitou Art Gallery and Dandelion Art and Framing. Jodi’s work won ribbons locally and provincially and had one piece selected for international online show. She works with soft pastels, oil paints, watercolor and acrylics. Paints a variety of subjects and is constantly seeking to achieve a glow in every subject, either visually, or in the way a person feels when seeing it.

Jodi’s education has come in many forms, lessons from Jean Dudley and Kathy Bradshaw and online art courses. Her influences from the art community have been Marla Baggetta, Jed Dorsey, Dianna Shyne, Thomas Jefferson Kitts, to name a few.

As a person who sought out most of her skills through a more or less random method, she has now formulated a plan that details what she feels is the right information in the right order to create the foundation for good painting.
