Summer Drama/Art Junior Camp

Class Description

Ages 7-12

These one week, 2-in-1 courses provide a taste of both theatre and art. With half the day spent in drama, and half the day in art, the student is sure to remain engaged and entertained by the variety of activities. The art portion of the camps will introduce students to a variety of drawing and painting mediums and techniques. The theatre portion will use theatre games, improvisation, and creative drama that are not only fun but will help in developing confidence, poise, and creativity, as well as focus and concentration. Please bring a bag lunch to eat on the premises.

A week full of engaging ART and DRAMA activities including:

  • Drawing instruction
  • Lessons in pencil, pastel, watercolor, acrylic & scratchboard
  • Theatre games
  • Improv
  • Creative drama

Students must bring a bagged lunch to eat on the premises
Ice water will be available

Registration Info

Because of the progression of lessons within the Specialized classes, enrollment may not be accepted after the first day of class and make-up classes will not be possible.

Students may register for 1 of 3 available session:

July 3-7, 9:30 a.m.-3:30 p.m.
July 24-28, 9:30 a.m.-3:30 p.m.
Aug. 7-11, 9:30 a.m.-3:30 p.m.
